Tribal Assignments and Zip Codes

Each zip code is assigned a particular tribe so that, as an added members enters the congregation, s/he is automatically designated a tribe based on the zip code in which s/he lives. To ensure that the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of the membership is taken care of, specific ministries have been assigned to address those needs, as illustrated in this diagram.

Since the origination of the Tribe Concept and its designated ministries, other elements have been added to the membership tracking component to assist in the process of meeting the needs of the congregation.  These additions include Tribal Captains, Lieutenants, and the hiring of a full-time Tribal Administrator to coordinate the components.
