The Women's Ministry

Ladies of the Grove, we are on the move!  Look forward to participating in training aimed at helping you and your family experience a healthier life style in the following areas: Finances, Personal Image and Skill Development.  As we become TEAM (Teaching, Educating, Assisting, Mentoring) focused we will be collaborating with ministries that are important to you as women.  Specifically, we will be working closely with Women’s Sunday School, the Youth ministry, Children’s Church, and the Missions.

BG Baptist Church - Women's Ministry

The mission of the Women's Ministry is to promote individual and spiritual growth, healing and leadership, through the following: mentoring, fellowship, and sharing God’s Word.  It is also our mission to encourage women in all stages of life to reach their full potential to fulfill God’s divine purpose.

 The ministry meets every 3rd Tuesday at 6p.m.

 

Baptist Young Women/ Missions
 
As missionaries we minister to others and build each other up in the word of God.  We strive to be shining examples of the Christian faith.  We assist in ministering to the physical, spiritual and mental needs of individuals.  

 The ministry meets on Tuesdays.

Women’s Sunday School    

The purpose of Women’s Sunday School is to educate, empower, and equip persons to maximize their potential by living out their created purpose in Christ.  We study God’s Word and show women of God how it applies to their lives.  

Our Sunday School Class is concentrating on the suggested curriculum for the first quarter which is "What To Do When Your Money is Funny" .  We are having an awesome time.  Please join us each Sunday morning at 9:30 am in the first side of the Banquet Hall.  If you would like copies of the handouts for this series, please click here.

The second quarter will concentrate on Battle for the Mind by Bishop Noel Jones and Spiritual Secrets to Weight Loss by Kara Davis, MD.
