All About Youth Event Calendar 2019

The Youth Ministry is so excited to host a variety of events this year. Our goal is to focus on our Youth and continue to

grow and learning using the church mission of Seek, Save, Support, Shape & Serve.

In addition to the events, we encourage our youth (ages 13-19) to attend Bible Study (Wednesdays@ 7PM) & Sunday School (After 7:45 AM Worship on 3rd Floor)

(Education)-  Black College Expo 2019

Date: 9 March 2019

Details: Get a jump start on your future by being the first Seniors and Juniors to interview with a variety of colleges and universities and start planning where you want to be when you graduate.

(Seek) – Winter Jam 2019

Date:  March 21, 2019

Details: $15/pp Christian Music’s largest annual tour

Transportation will not be provided, we will have a central meeting location downtown prior to the concert.

(Support) – Youth Lounge Day

Date: May 25, 2019

Details: This gives the youth an opportunity to support each others gifts, talents, skills etc. Open mic for poetry, spoken word, Christian rap, liturgical dance, skits, etc

Transportation will not be provided. Light refreshments will be served. – Youth should bring cash for additional food/snacks.

(Fellowship) Family game night

Details: Teens will sort and repackage grocery products.

Transportation will not be provided. Youth should meet at the location.

(Save) – Volunteer at Ronald McDonald House of Augusta

Details: Youth will put together and host a family game night for the families at the Ronald McCDonald House
