Beulah Grove Baptist Church
Vision: From The Cradle To The Grave
Mission: Seek, Save, Support, Shape and Serve
The Youth Ministry is based on the foundation of the Bible. Our goal is to religiously educate our youth about God’s Word. The Youth are introduced to the Word by methods of fun activities, skits, movies, games and so much more.
1 Timothy 4:12
12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
With 1 Timothy 4:12 being our focus, we teach the youth to focus on their God- esteem (faith in God’s worth and abilities) vs. their self- esteem ( confidence in ones on worth and abilities) to make it through this world. With the guidance of our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Sam Davis we stay aligned with the vision that God has given him each year to ensure that families are able to communicate and have deeper discussions within their homes.
We inform the youth that God does not practice age discrimination! He is in the anointing business and if He see’s fit, he can certainly anoint a youth, just like he did with David, son of Jessie! We encourage the youth to pray, meditate, and study to show themselves approved. We challenge them to seek out their spiritual gifts and ask God how to use these gifts to fulfill His purpose.
We believe that the church is not confined to four walls, therefore, we practice participation in our community with several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Are events are based on seek, save, support, shape and serve!
Fourth Sundays are dedicated to the youth! The entire service are lead by the future generation. We are training these youth so that when the time comes to pass the torch, they will be ready. We are always looking for those who are ready, willing, and able to serve the Lord!
So please come and join us each Sunday in Room 324 at 9:45 -10:30 for Sunday School. Each Wednesday night at 7:00pm in the Resource Center to see what God has for you! As well as any and all events on the youth calendar!
